Healthcare managers, also known as health services managers and health administrators, direct the operation of hospitals, health systems and other types of organizations.  They have responsibility for facilities, services, programs, staff, budgets, relations with other organizations and other management functions, depending on the type and size of the organization.

They use various classification systems to code and categorize patient information for reimbursement purposes, for databases and registries, and to maintain patients’ medical and treatment histories.

Salary: $32,350 per year
Education: Medical records and health information technicians typically need a post secondary certificate to enter the occupation, although they may have an associate’s degree. Many employers also require professional certification. They should take high school courses in business, information management, science, math, and English. 

-I won’t like to be a health information specialist because it takes a lot of stuff and it doesn’t attract me , on the way to become one

Duties and Responsibilities:
Health educators provide information on health and health related issues. They can assess health training needs and plan health education programs. They may specialize according to specific health concerns, illnesses, or work or training settings. Health educators may work as independent consults or in health departments, community organizations, businesses, hospitals, schools, or government agencies. Health Educators often:

·      Perform health training needs assessments.
·      Design and develop health education programs.
·      Publish health education materials, information papers, and grant proposals.
·      Develop health education curriculum.
·      Teach health in public and private schools.

Average Requirements:$20,000-$35,000

Educational Requirements:
Students should take college preparatory courses during high school.
Health educators have, as a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in health education. Many have master’s degrees. To be certified or licensed to teach health in public schools requires a master’s degree and successful completion of a written exam in many states.

They are trained to analyze genetic data and communicate risk factors to patients and their families: they analyze, patient histories, provides genetic testing, perform genetic risk calculations, educate families about potential health risks, and help patients to cope with a diagnosis.  
Salary: $49,646-$65,168
Education: A master’s degree in the field is required, and some states mandate licensure for the profession. Those interested in the field must complete a master's degree program in genetic counseling.
-I would like to become a genetic counselor, because you analyze genetic data and you help families.
